The Farmester Hat is knitted by hand in the Hat capital of the world at Pöytyä on the needles of Myssy mummies from 100% Finnish sheep's wool. The product is hand-dyed and due to the dyeing process, the colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.
It's not street credible. It's field credible.
You know the Farmesters - those pioneers living in the country who produce your food too? Farmesters are farmers who are proud of their profession and do their tractor work with a smile. Their daily work, if any in this world, matters because we all have to eat. For them, continuing the multi-generational tradition has finally been a matter of course, even if they have seen the world from time to time.
The farmer's hat is a tribute to the cultural heritage passed down from generation to generation on farms and is suitable for use both in the country and in the city.
The material of the hats is 100% wool from Finnish sheep. The wool comes from Finnish sheep farms and is spun and washed in Finland. The yarns are dyed by hand at Myssy's headquarters.
All our products are knitted by local retired ladies, or Myssymummoi. You can check who knitted it on your hat and thus know the story of its maker!
The product size M / One Size fits most of our customers. Wool is a flexible material, thanks to which Myssy adapts to the size of its wearer's head in a few weeks.
As a new Myssy, she must be a bit snappy.
However, the hats are unique; even though each Beanie has a size classification table, not all Beanies are the same size, but there may be slight variations.
