Our delivery methods are:

1. Pick up from our store Alava Shop, Tunturintie 16, 95970 Äkäslompolo. You will receive an email notification when your order can be picked up. Please check our Opening Hours before your arrival. The service is free of charge.
2. Local in the Ylläs area. We deliver your e-commerce order to the door free of charge in the Äkäslompolo and Ylläsjärvi areas. As a general rule, we deliver orders on store opening days, if you have any special wishes regarding the delivery time, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable time for delivery.
3. Delivery to pick-up point In Finland. You have Posti and Matkahuolto pick-up points at your disposal, the options of which depend on your address, select your preferred pick-up point from the delivery method menu. If the pick-up point you want is missing from the menu, please let us know and we will try to add a point to our service. Delivery within 1-3 days of shipment.
4. A small package for a mailbox. When ordering products that fit in the mailbox, they will be delivered automatically with this delivery method offered by Posti. Delivered within 2-3 days of shipment (delivery times in sparsely populated areas may differ).
5. Home delivery in Finland. Delivery to the door with Posti's Home Package service, price 10 €. Delivery within 1-2 days of shipment. The shipment will be delivered to the recipient upon receipt.

We collect and mail products every weekday. Packages usually leave us within 1-3 working days of ordering. Sometimes, however, order processing may be congested and delivery times may be stretched.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can track postal or Matkahuolto packages using the shipment ID that you receive with the order confirmation.

We deliver all our products directly from our own Alava Shop warehouse at Tunturintie 16, 95970 Äkäslompolo. Orders are delivered at the ordering stage as specified by the customer through our logistics partner; either by mail, Matkahuolto or other third party.
