The four-language photographic work 'Panoramajonen Lappi' presents Lapland's magnificent natural sites and the annual cycle of Lappish nature. The skillful panoramic images cover a wide range of seasons and different parts of Lapland - from Rovaniemi to Utsjoki and from Inari to Kilpisjärvi.

In addition to the introduction, the work contains 15 chapters and 101 border-to-border picture panels. The text chapters tell about Lapland's natural sites and phenomena, as well as the special features and culture of the regions. The background story of the work is the cycle of the year, Lapland's eight seasons - each different and always something special to experience and describe.

The panoramic images, which are the size of the book's opening, have a viewing angle of up to 180 degrees, which makes them wrap around the reader's eyes into immersive landscapes. The images are almost invariably HDR images, and they have been built into panoramas by combining up to several dozen images. The image processing has strived for documentary quality - the goal is to convey, authentically, but still in all its beauty, the moods and experiences that the photographer has experienced in the nature of Lapland.
