EXCHANGE international

Return the product to be exchanged to our online store within 14 days of receiving the product and we will send you the product you want after receiving your return, if there are still any alternative products you want left. Please use the shipping service of your choosing but make sure to take receipt and preferably tracking information so we can make sure the package will find us.

When you exchange a product for the same price, there is no need to make changes to the original payment. When exchanging for a cheaper product, we will refund the difference of the amount through Checkout Finland Oy. If, on the other hand, the exchange requires an additional fee from the customer due to higher price, you will receive instructions on how to pay the additional fee by e-mail upon receipt of the return. The additional payment is also possible with the same Checkout Finland options we offer.

RETURN AND PARTIAL RETURN

Return the product to our online store within 14 days of receiving the product. We will refund the returned products according to your payment method as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return. We will return the amount paid with a gift card to the original gift card.

RETURN THE PRODUCT AS FOLLOWS:

- Fill in the return form that came with your order.
- Carefully pack the returned product in its original packaging and protect it with a shipping bag or box. Please note that a jewelry box, shoe box or other similar product packaging is part of the product and must be returned in its original condition.
- Make sure the return form you fill out is inside the package.
- Attach the return consignment note that came with the shipment to the package and deliver the package to Matkahuolto or Posti for departure. If you have not received the return consignment note with the shipment or it has been drowned, you can return the package to us as a Post Customer return with the following information:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Alava Shop Oy is responsible for the return costs of the products. Upon receipt of the products, Alava Shop Oy will refund the price paid by the customer for the canceled product. Shipping home will always be refunded on returned returns.

Alava Shop (Alava Shop Oy) will not receive returns more than 14 days after delivery. The 14-day deadline has been met if the Customer returns the goods before the end of that 14-day period. Alava Shop Oy will return the payments received from the Customer for the canceled product, without delay. However, Alava Shop Oy has the right to refrain from refunding payments until Alava Shop Oy has received the canceled product back or until the Customer has proved that he has sent the product back. We will make the return in the manner in which the Customer has paid for the product, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case in such a way that the Customer does not incur any costs for the return of the services. If the 14-day time limit for cancellation has not been met, the customer can get their shipment back by re-paying the postage costs and the cost of unnecessary customer returns within 7 days.

The customer is responsible for the care of the product received. The customer is liable up to the full price of the product for any decrease in the value of the product as a result of processing other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. So be sure to pack the returned goods well so that they do not break during transport.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened food and confectionery packaging
- Custom products
- Opened hygiene product packages


If the returned product is not in a condition similar to the above, the price of the product will not be refunded. Any return of the product will be at the customer's expense.


Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to the order, you must report the defect in writing to jenni@alavashop.com within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the transport company immediately about the product.
