Janne Rautio is a passionate fisherman, chef and advocate of Finnish wild fish. The recipes in the book have been refined as a result of years of experimentation, when Rautio has tried to utilize his entire fish catch and turned it into delicious food. He eats fish five times a week and wants to clean up the reputation of domestic wild fish by showing how delicious food can be made from it when properly prepared.
