Prefer airing the product. Try to remove stains locally with Marseille or gall soap. If necessary, wash in the washing machine on a wool cycle at 30 degrees and use a detergent intended for wool. Dry flat to prevent stretching. Store shorn and protected from insects. If necessary, brush off any lint that appears on the surface with a clothes brush or use a lint trimmer intended for knitwear.
